How much will my project cost?
A simple wordmark and a detailed mascot take different amounts of work. Logo rebuilds start at $50. Send the artwork and required versions — I’ll quote the exact scope before starting, and the approved price never changes.
How long does a typical project take?
Most single logos are delivered in 2–4 business days. Larger identity or packaging projects are quoted with their own timeline. Rush delivery is available on request.
Can you keep my logo exactly the same?
Yes — faithful recreation is the core of my work. If the reference is unclear, or a production method (like a wax seal or embroidery) requires simplification, I’ll discuss those areas with you before changing anything.
What’s the difference between manual tracing and auto-trace?
Auto-trace guesses at shapes and produces wobbly curves, thousands of anchor points and broken lettering. Manual tracing rebuilds every curve deliberately — the result is cleaner, truly editable, and safe to hand to any printer or manufacturer.
Which file formats will I receive?
Editable AI (Illustrator), EPS, SVG and vector PDF as standard, plus transparent PNG and high-res JPG previews. If your supplier asked for something specific — a particular EPS version, outlined text, Pantone-matched colors — tell me and it’s included.
Will one file work for every production method?
Not always. A detailed print logo may need a simpler version for a small stamp, wax seal or embroidery — and embroidery needs digitized stitch files, which is a separate craft. Share each intended use so I include the right versions from the start.
What if my printer has rejected the artwork?
Send the file plus their feedback or specification sheet. I’ll review what needs changing — resolution, color mode, bleed, fonts, transparency — and confirm whether I can prepare it for their process before you pay anything.
Can you vectorize a blurry or low-resolution image?
Usually yes. Because I redraw by hand instead of auto-tracing, I can interpret rough originals and rebuild them cleanly. Send what you have — I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible before quoting.
Do you work from AI-generated logos?
